How much is shipping within Australia?
Each order is charged at rate starting at $9.99 and increasing for heavier styles and speed (express). Please checkout and select shipping to see your available options.
How much is international shipping?
New Zealand is flat rate of $15AUD/ the rest of the world your rate will vary from $29AUD - $45AUD depending on location
*Please note: Shipping costs outside the USA are exclusive of any import tax or customs duties which may apply upon delivery. For USA orders all tariffs are prepaid on our end.
Please note due to the recent tariff increase on all USA orders we are not longer able to accept returns for change of mind for USA orders.
How long does shipping take?

We have 3 shipping options:
1) Standard Shipping within Australia: please allow 2-5 business days to most major cities.
2) Express Shipping within Australia: please allow 1-3 days business days.
3) International shipping: please allow 2 weeks from date of shipment.
* Please note: Shipping is dependent on your location (we ship from the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia. There can be occasional customs or courier delays which may affect your delivery timeframe. Unfortunately this is beyond our control.
How long after placing my order will it be shipped?
Most items have a process time between 3-5 days before shipment. Please check in the information section of each item to see the allocated wait times. If ready to ship pieces and preorder pieces are ordered together your order will be placed on backorder until all items are ready to dispatch and shipped together. If you don’t wish to wait until pre orders are ready to ship you will need to place seperate orders.
Will I get a tracking number?
All orders come with tracking, the only exclusion is cashmere combs (cashmere combs will be shipped as a letter and you will not receive tracking/ only available within Australia). Your tracking will be sent via email once your order is shipped. Please allow 24 house before tracking is updated online from notification of shipment.
