Yes — we ship to all countries.
Within Australia: From $9.95, with express options available. Select your shipping method at checkout to see all available rates.
New Zealand: Flat rate of $15 AUD.
Rest of world: $29–$45 AUD depending on your location.
USA: All import tariffs and duties are prepaid by us — nothing extra lands on you at delivery.
Note: For all countries outside the USA, any import taxes or customs duties charged upon arrival are the responsibility of the customer.
Most orders are packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. During sale periods please allow additional time.
Once shipped:
We ship from the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Occasional customs or courier delays are beyond our control.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. All parcels leave us via Australia Post, which handles the journey to your country’s border — from there, your local national carrier takes over for the final leg of delivery.
Tracking for Australian orders: Track via Australia Post.
Tracking for USA orders: Once your parcel arrives in the US it’s handed over to USPS for delivery. You can track it on the USPS website using the same tracking number we sent you — just enter it there and you’ll see the latest update. Please allow 24 hours from your shipping notification for tracking to update online.
Tracking for all other international orders: Use your Australia Post tracking number to follow your parcel to the border, then switch to your local national carrier’s tracking website for final delivery updates.
Exception: Cashmere combs are shipped as a letter and do not include tracking. Available within Australia only.
Please ensure your shipping address is safe and secure at the time of delivery. Once a parcel has been marked as successfully delivered to your nominated address, we’re unable to take responsibility for stolen or missing items. We recommend using a tracked delivery address where someone will be available to receive it.
If your parcel is on its way back to us — usually due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery attempt — please get in touch at hello@marlowandmae.com and we’ll arrange redelivery. Please note a redispatch fee may apply.
If your cart contains both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, the entire order will be held until all items are available and shipped together. To receive your ready-to-ship items sooner, please place two separate orders.
