Returns & Exchange Policy
USA Shipping Policy Update
Please note that all tariffs and import duties for USA orders are now included in our prices. This means our USA customers will not face any additional fees on delivery.
As these additional costs are covered on your behalf, we are unable to accept returns on USA orders under any circumstances, except in the case of a faulty item in line with our faulty items policy below.

Change of Mind, Sale & Discounted Items
•We donot offer refunds for change of mind on:
•Orders where any discount code has been used
•Sale or discounted styles, including promotional or sign-up discount codes
•In the rare event that a discounted item is faulty, please refer to our faulty items policy below.

Returns & Exchanges (Full-Priced Items Only)
Full-priced items may be returned only if they are:
•Unworn
•In original, unused condition
•With all original tags attached
•In original packaging
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligible items may be:
•Exchanged for a different size or style (subject to availability), or
•Returned for:
•Store credit (valid for 3 years), or
•Refund, less return postage and applicable restocking fees

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of $20.00 AUD per item will be deducted from your refund for all change-of-mind or wrong-size ordered returns.
•This fee is deducted from your original payment method.
•The restocking fee does not apply if you choose store credit instead of a refund.
•This fee does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law for faulty or damaged items.
For all orders placed from 13 December, this restocking fee applies.

Faulty Items
In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, you will be offered a replacement, repair, or refund, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
This applies to items purchased:
•At full price
•On sale
•Using a discount code

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
1. Strictly no drop-offs to our warehouse — all returns must be mailed
2. Purchase must have been made at www.marlowandmae.com
3. Items must be in resalable condition, unworn, and with tags attached (at our discretion)
4. Items showing signs of wear or missing tags will be rejected and returned to the customer
5. Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
6. Items must be received by us within 15 days of return approval
7. All return postage is at the customer’s expense
8. If free shipping was applied at checkout, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount
9.Please allow up to 2 weeks for returns to be processed once received
We strongly recommend using tracked or registered post, as returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us. Please take note of any tracking numbers as these parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by us.

Discount Codes and store credits
•Discount codes cannot be combined with any previous exchange or credit codes
•Marlow & Mae is not obligated to apply discounts outside of the advertised promotional period
Orders placed with a credit note or gift card are eligible for a refund store credit/ exchange only.
