Returns & Exchange Policy

Returns Policy

Please note we do not offer a refund on any orders with a discount code used or already discounted sale styles (including any promotional or sign up discount) for change of mind. In the rare chance a customer receives a faulty item, please see below. 

Full-priced goods in a saleable condition, unworn and with original tags attached and packaging may be exchanged for a different size or style (when available), or returned for a credit note valid for 6 months or full refund minus return postage costs. Returns for our pieces will only be valid if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

In the rare chance you receive a faulty style or item you will be provided a replacement, refund or repair at any time in line with Australian consumer legislation. This includes items purchased at full-pice, discounted or discount code is used.

Return items for a refund;

All postage to return the item(s) will be at the buyers expense. As we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit, all returned items are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. We strongly recommend that you use tracked delivery, registered post or your equivalent when returning items to us. 

We accept returns and provide full refund under the following conditions only:

  1. Strictly no dropping off returns to our warehouse. Please mail your returns to the address provided after contact via hello@marlowandmae. Please check your junk mail if you are waiting for a reply. 
  2. Purchase was made at www.marlowandmae.com
  3. Items are in a resalable condition, unworn and with tags still attached- this is up to our discretion.
  4. Items that show evidence of wear or without all original tags attached will be rejected. The used merchandise will be posted back to customer. 
  5. The return must be initiated within 7 days since received 
  6. Items must be received by us within 15 days since approval for refund
